I have just obtained one of these machines and need to know how heavy they are for transport purposes. The local Case Dealer thinks they are around 2 3/4 ton but can't say for sure. Can anybody out there help with a more accurate weight.
This machine has been repowered with a Kubota 3 cyl diesel.
Any help or information would be appreciated.

Way back when I used to work for a salvage yard and we had a scat back loader,I don't know the model. It had 5 hole wheels and a 4 cyl wisconsin. We hauled it all over on a car trailer behind a half ton pickup.Don't know the weight but it was not very heavy. It would lift more than it weighed, seems it was always on it's nose.

a little less than 6k is prob about right, you might get away with using a regular car trailer. -Greg
