Most of the bottom rollers on my TD 20-200 are worn out. The track rails are getting rolled over on the edges. Two questions:

1. What rail height is acceptable? Mine measures 4 1/4 inches from the track pad to the top of the rail. Is this enough to justify putting new rollers on the machine.

2. Does anyone have a source for used rollers for this machine? There are 6 rollers on each side with 3 being double flange and 3 being single flange. The bolts holding them on have a 1 1/8 head size.

I am located in Austin, Texas. Thanks for your input.

Thanks for the replies. I did locate 12 new Berco rollers thru Waco Equipment. That is only about 100 miles from home. They should be ready to pick up on Monday.

It does concern me to spend nearly $3,500 on the machine at this stage in its life, but hopefully I can get that much more use out of it around the farm.

TC, Below is a link to a good website with the specs on your tracks. Good luck...
