bobcat 753 loader problem

this is a 1998 753 with bics but not boss.
The lift arms would not raise until i hot wired the coil to the lift and tilt function. now they won"t lower unless I use the lift arm bypass valve.
I have replaced all electric components, now I need help from someone who a lot smarter than I am

Look by your right side when running it at a black box with some green lights in it and see which one is not lit up, probably going to be either the seat or bar switch not telling the valve that everything is just as it should be and it's ok to work.

currently all lights are flashing, I have reolaced all sensors on bics and for some reason I its like i don"t have a good ground. This machine had some rust from working around corrosives.

You didn't say which series you have. On some of the older ones the safety latches become worn when you drop the safety bar and restrict loader operation. If it's a later model,did you check the seat switch function.

Sorry, its a 1998 753 c/f series all electronics have been replaced. lift arms will go up, and bucket will tilt but will nit come down with out use of the pressure relief valve. Thanks
