My D3B after about 3 hrs of continued use, the transmission gets slow in engaging from rev. to for. gears; but only when it get a few hrs on it. When it cools back down, it works just fine again. Any idea what would cause this? I've tried changing filter, and cleaning screen, and oil change but nothing seems to help.

Jerry, I would suspect you have leaking seals on the forward clutch pack since it works when cold and gets worse when warm. To confirm this you will need to check the clutch pressures in all speeds and both directions and compare them to one another. There are 1/8 NPT plugs under the small cover on top and you need 2 600 PSI gauges. There are 3 plugs there check the ones marked P1 & P2 P 1 should be around 385 psi and P2 about 55 psi lower than P1. Check when warm and at high and low idle. The pressure drop from high to low idle should be about 10% on a good system.
