A friend of mine wants to get rid of his fathers td-9. It has a 4in1 drott loader, needs engine work. He has two engines, one with a good top the other with a good bottom. Its clean and the loader and tracks appear to be in decent shape. Any idea's what this is worth? Is is worth getting going, or I could possibly part it out...or should I run fast. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Hound

Roughly, what part of CO is it located in? Anywhere close to Longmont?
Thanks.

Run away from it and don't look back. Tracks are good because it never ran long enough to wear them much. They are a dime a dozen and expensive to keep running. That and they are a slow & lazy machine. From your descrption it sounds just like my dads TD9.

What year (or model) is it? What state is it located in? If you want to part it out, let us know!

Thanks!

Prob best to swap the head over and make it work. A non-running dozer will go for like $500. running is $3-4k. -Greg
