So where can I get some high compression pistons for this engine??? is that ok to do????
Can the current liners be bored?
I got the pistons out, the liners are still in and didn't budge, these are a press fit into the block, right??

The liners are dry liners and will probably require a liner puller. Be careful of piston pack choice. I would go back with the piston listed on the engine type plate. Be sure to measure liner protrusion as the liners worked up and down in the 2 cycle.

53 series liners are wet. N series sleeve piston kits are dirt cheap. Install N35 injectors at the same time and upgrade the blower seals.

No, they push in by hand. Tend to come out a little harder when they get rusted.
