A friend of mine has a 2010 crawler that will not move once the oil gets hot. If you put the clutch in about 3/4 inch it will move for a while longer. Does any one have any thoughts on where to start lookin for the problem or what might cause it to act this way. Any help is apreciated. Thanks in advance. Sam

I'm a little rusty on the 2010 crawlers, but as I recall they use basically the same HL-R hydraulic transmission as in the later 450 series? If so, there is a hydraulic valve that's attached to the mechanical clutch linkage via the clutch pedal. It's purpose is to dis-engage the hydraulics in the transmission when you push the clutch half-way down, and dis-engage the mechanical clutch when you push it all the way down. The linkage often gets out of adjustment.
