Found a 1980s JD crawler with a PTO winch. What implements or attachments can be added to the crawler. Can you add a 3 point hitch? It has 95% undercarriage with very few hours. Guy wants $4500.00 Always wanted something with tracks but other than the winch or a PTO generator or pulling discs, I am wondering if it could have any other uses such as a 3 point hitch or backhoe etc. Thanks

JD made a 3 pt. hitch for JD 1010 & 350 dozers. See them for sale ocassionally. Just unbolt winch & slide it off & bolt 3 ph parts on. Change back to winch any time you want. PTO drives both.

I put a backhoe attachment on my TD340, and it's been great. Found the attachment for $1000 in great shape and had to adapt it to my machine. Easy to put on and take off.

I alternate it with the original equipment scarifier, in which I use one tooth for ripping out roots, and without teeth it does a fabulous job of smoothing while grading.
