Undercarriage wear is calculated by taking measurements of roller diameter, idler diameter, pin and bushing wear both externally and internally, rail height, and sprocket condition and comparing them to measurements of what they were when new.Its not really something you can just look at and guess. Most track shops will check wear for you either for free if you use them to do the needed work,or for a nominal charge.
