Does anyone know how to adjust the brakes on a JD 310A Backhoe/Loader? I had to road travel it a bit and the brakes were dragging and it got hot...

Thanks
John

The brakes are not adjustable on that tractor. If you have brake drag the master cylinder could be sticking,or leaking apply pressure, the pedals not returning fully,or misadjusted and applying the brakes, crushed brake line,or worst case, the brakes are starting to come apart and are wedging them selves.

I did notice that the pivot pins for the brake pedals are tight and dry and may have held the brakes part way down. The dragging stopped after it cooled down.

Thanks
