Ok I have 2 td6's here trying to restore one. I have removed the clutches from both and went to order up clutch kits. Here is the problem I have found one td6 has big springs inside the clutches and the other had no springs inside.
I believe that the springs should be there, but I am not sure which one was right as I have not got a manual yet.
Could someone give me which is right or wrong or did make a change between a 51(52) to a 54.

Oh one other thing if you can not answer that at the parts store I was told to check the right casing for a # starting with 501 for them to get me the right parts ordered up. I looked everywhere right side left side and I found no #.
If you know where this # is located that would be a great help also.
Thanks
