I have a cat22 orchard with a stuck engine. Have been heavy on the cylinder lube for a while. I want to give it an easy pull but can't figure out the shift positions? 3 forward 1 reverse but what position are they? Thanks for your help.

cat 22 shift patern r 1

the shift pattern also has a slight 'hook' in it as well,ie when you change out of third you have to move it to the right before moving it up.mine wasn't an orchard but assume it was the same.good luck
