purchased this dozer in november. everything is in good shape except for oil leak. I thought that it was the rear main crank seal and it still may be. I changed the oil the other day and added the appropiate amounts of that napa seal conditioner hoping that i might get a lucky break. I started the engine and it ran about a half hour leak free. Its when I shut the engine down that the small stream will run out the bell housing hole. It will create a small puddle and then go down to a drip and stop. I started it again the next day and it did the same thing. Does this sound like the seal leaking or is it something else? It looks to me like it would leak only with the engine running and not when you shut it down. This dozer does have a torque converter but im not sure if it could have something to do with it. Has anyone ever had this problem before?
