Ok, I am getting ready to cut apart and reweld the track link that is 7/8" longer than the rest of the links. I figure while I have the track apart I would do the bare minimum to get the track running straight. All 5 bottom rollers are worn bad on 1 side, the entire flange is gone. The other side of the rollers looks fairly good. I think it is the inside that is worn, but I am not sure. I have ordered 1 new roller to put at the back and a new top roller. I am thinking about putting the new one at the back and rotating #1 and #3 so as to sort of alternate the goods and bads. Remember, I am wanting to put as little as possible in this machine until I know it will be worth putting money into. If it proves OK, I may replace the rest of the rollers and sprockets, pads, etc. Here are my questions:
1) Are these rollers reversible so I can pull them off and reverse them? 2) Will this help the track track better, or am I wasting my time?
3) Are these going to be a bear to get off and am I going to break the bolts like I have on everything else? Is an impact wrench better to remove them?
4) Any other tips before I cut this super long link and try to reweld using 7018 rod? I plan to loosen adjuster and try to pull track with help of Bobcat as I can not budge the master link pin. I have beat the fool out of it with a 12lb sledge and it won't move. I figure if I can get track off without breaking then I should be able to get it back on. Is this possible?

Any other tips always welcomed.

Thanks.
