Backhoe weak when warm...

Hello

I have a small italien TOMENZOLI 3ph backhoe on a Ford 3000 tractor.
After just a few minutes of work the main boom lift gets weak. If i try to lift the extended boom it lifts only a few inches each time i pull the leaver.
The other functions seams better but could have been stronger.
The main boom lift cyl have been rebuilt but there was no differance in lift power.

Thanks!

Asbjorn, Sounds like an internal leak, such as in the spool valve, or possibly in the cylinder. Could also be the hydraulic pump is getting bad. You should probably check to see if you lose hydraulic pressure as it warms up. Does it happen to any other cylinders, or just the boom? You could hook the boom to one of the other spool controls and see if it makes any difference. You could also check the pressure relief valves to see that they are letting you maintain the proper pressure. Lots of little stuff, but any of them can sure cause a lot of headaches. Good luck!
