This TD6 with B-E blade has been sitting outside for about 15 years. If it becomes mine and I am ready to load it, will the tracks turn without damage? I will lube and oil them before pulling. Not knowing much about crawlers I want to do it the right way with minimal damage.

You never know, it may roll just fine. Disengage the clutch (push the far left vertical lever forward), make sure the brake locks are not on and give it a shot. Pulling back on both brake clutch levers (2 directly in front of the seat) as well may help abit if they are frozen. If things are stuck, giving it a good tug is not going to break anything.

I had to crawl under the rear and loosen the brake bands.

The easiest way I found was to take a rolloff, drop the can in the road, pick the machine up on the rails of the truck(but don't pull it up the rails any farther than you need to) Back up to the can and dump the machine in the can.Make sure you go under the blade with the chain. Hook the chain directly to the tracks in front of the idler close to the ground,Just make sure the tracksfit the rails, don;t let fall off the rails, than you'll have a problem.I wouldn't expect the tracks to be free after 15 years if it was sitting in the dirt. Either way I wouldn't try it without a good heavy winch
