I want to redo some pin joints on my Drott loader bucket and elsewhere and think it might be easier to use generic stock pin sizes, along with various stock bushings and collars, instead of Drott parts, which may not fit my heavily warn bucket joints. Can anyone recommend sources with a good catalog, preferably online, of dimensions available? I thought this would be easy to find, but I did not have much luck searching. Thanks.

A good source for the bushings is Connex. As you can see from the sight they make hardened, split bushings. Being split they aren't really restricted to an exact size hole although they do have min and max recommended tolerance for the OD of the hole your putting them in. This tollerance will effect the ID making it larger or smaller than "normal". Depending on how bad off the holes are, how true they are to each other, etc, using these can save the cost of having to have the holes line bored. Still depending on what kind of clearance you wind up with when the bushing are in you may have to have the pins custom made larger or smaller than "standard" to fit to avoid having them too tight or too lose.
