Try asking at your local hydraulic shop and even some of the bigger contractors in your area. You might get lucky and find a shop that can make the lines for you. If the shop has the right equipment they should be able to bend pretty much anything you need and silver braze the fittings on for you fairely easily. I wish the one I did today was that easy. I had to have one made today to replace one that burst in a non-OEM application. What a nightmare..... I wound up getting the tube from one place, having it rolled at another (because I needed a long , fairely precise, radius to follow the boom arm), getting one of the fittings from a third place, and then having to reuse the other because it was an odd "jump size"(they were both ORFS which in itself is a nightmare...) It took me from 12 this afternoon til 5 this evening to track all the parts down and get the line made up but I'll have the customer running again first thing in the morning. Sorry, I just had "one of those days" messing with this line and had to vent..... Good luck finding the pieces you need or getting them made.....

Wayne...

I know what you mean...Called a place fourty miles away....They said they do steel lines...Turns out they couldnt do the bend i had...So i had them make em up in rubber....Worked great...Since the hose was located directly behind the lfit cylinder i was worried there wouldnt be enough clearance...Coulda had them made right here locally in rubber...Instead of drivin all over the friggin countryside...Not the first time sure it wont be the last...
