Hey Christian I haven"t rebuilt a powershift specifically in a 941, but they are all basically the same. This being said a typical Powershift has a clutch pack for each gear selection, 1,2,3,etc, as well as one for forward and one for reverse. In your case I"d venture a guess that the reverse clutch pack is causing the problem. If the problem was happening in a specific gear selection, or was happening in both forward and reverse I"d say take a look at the valving and the o-ring seals. Since the problem, as you describe it, is isolated to reverse only I have to say that it"s the reverse clutch pack causing the problem. Wether it"s the discs worn out from use or the seal rings worn out causing the discs to slip (which will wear them out in a hurry) that has to be your problem. Check the return filter as well as the suction screen on the transmission and see what you find. If you see alot of metalic looking material in them that will be the facing off the discs in the clutch packs amd will be a sure sign of what the problem is. Hope some of this helps. Good luck.

Check to see that the linkage is allowing it to go all the way in. Take the linkage off the trans. and shift it. Take the top cover off there are 2 1/8" pipe plugs P1 and P2 one is for directional pressure the other is your range pressure. Put a guage in and check pressure usally 220 to 275 psi. If you have no pressure in rev. pull the trans and rebuild.
