Can someone help with JD450 problem

The dozer quits pushing after about working it 1/2 hour. It will not go forward then, sometimes I can get it to move forward alittle if I pull back on the steering levers and then release them. It will still go backward even after it stops going forward, only if it's not on an incline.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thanks.

Transmission pressures are probably weak or pressure oil is leaking internally. Weak pressure could be caused by the clutch valve being out of adjustment. I would not attempt adjustment without a service manual or you could make the problem worse. If pressures are OK, trans. will probably have to come apart.

Thanks P&D Mechanical for your help. Do you know where I can get a copy of the ajustment and pressure specs for this dozer? I don't had a service manual. Again Thanks!
