Hello fellow crawler owners I have an AC HD20H crawler with a Carco winch and a pushblade mounted on it. Does anone know where I may find and or puchase a Hydraulic blade and hardnose for this machine? I am located in Southeast Iowa.

I also have a second AC HD20H with a Garwood cable blade on it. It needs some undercarraige work, idlers, rail, pads, adjuster, etc. The Left track is extremely loose and the adjusted seems to be stuck, any suggestions as to how to free up the adjuster would be appreciated.

Hi, Dave. I can't help you with obtaining any bits and pieces for your toys as I live DownUnder in Australia. I do have a thought on your track adjuster though. I'm not familiar with much of the AC range, having been on Cats almost all my working life, so I don't know if yours are hydraulic or not. If they are, that one may simply have reached the limit of its adjustment.

To test, release the bleed screw and drive the tractor backwards or place a large block in front of the idler and drive forward to see if the adjustment backs off. If it does back off, you have simply reached the limit of adjustment and it's time to get the checkbook out.

Hope this helps.

You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

Thank you for the info, BUT my adjusters are of the screw type, not hydraulic. I have a 1 1/2" to 2" screw into a yoke to the idler and I think the screw is rusted into the yoke. I would like suggestions on how to free up that screw and yoke. Any thoughts are appreciated.
