I just replaced all my clutch parts in a HD5, and it does not want to snap over, not matter how much I try to force it. I can"t believe its just out of adjustment that much. Two questions. On the 3 adjustment screws, what are the attached to on the other side? I know there is ther center part that has all the ramps, but the screws don"t contact that directly, do they? I need to take two of the screws out because the heads are now stripped, but will what ever they are screwing into drop away? Also, I"m now thinking I might have got the arm that pushes on the throwout bearing in backward. Its not symmetrical, is it? Is there a picture of these components posted anywhere on the internet, or does someone have a picture that could help me out? Thanks very much!!!

there is only 1 screw to loosen to adjust the clutch. Its kind of a lock that you loosen then move back. then you turn a ring CCW I think to loosen it to the point where the snap in will work. I adjusted several but never replaced one.

Thanks for the response, but where is that single screw? And can you rotate it when its bolted up in the machine? Also can you tell me if the snapover arm in the bellhousing is symmetrical? Thanks, Paul
