whats the hp of a an AC HD 16 dozer and what is it equivalent to, a d6, d7 or D8 ??

Ive got a line on a cheap one, how easily cna a guy find parts for one?

They always compare a HD16 to be about the same size as a d7e , if it was me i don't care how good of a deal it was we had them when i worked for a construction co. and it just seamed like they were always down for some thing. Ran a coupel of them in Viet nahm and ran the 7 e over there also much perfered the 7.

HD16 SERIES B PS NET FWHP 195

HD16 SERIES B DD NET FWHP 172

as to CAT equivalent, would depend on which year & series of the models you mention

Am unable to advise regarding availability of parts and their cost (imagine it would be a lot)
