Had to motor go down on this dozer in a remote location, and need to push it around with another dozer to line it up to winch/push it on a low-boy to bring into the shop.

I couldn't find any info in the operators or service manuals and don't want to damage the transmission/drive train. Is there a way to by-pass or is it possible to just engage the levers in the direction of travel?

Thanks

Greg: This post is not related to the dead 1150C Case. I am interested in locating other Oregon folks as I don't see many posts from Oregon...assume the OR by your name means what I hope. I am outside Dallas, 3 mi, 20 mi W of Salem. Would like to know where you are.\
Thanks,

Greg,

Just go ahead and push it around , with out

engine running you do not have any transmission.

Hand brake will still work.
