I'm into rebuilding my 450B, when I pulled the engine for rebuild, cracks were found in both the block and crank. This isn't a supprise I guess due to the low oil pressure.
Can anyone direct me to a salvage yard that might have these parts or a good place to buy a reman engine.

Hi,what size engine are you working on,is it a 4-276,4-202,4-239,4-219? turbo or not? I may know of some parts depending on size, but will have to check. Thanks,Rick

Mine is a 4-202 engine. I think a 4-219 no turbo will work as well.

Hi Jeff,I am in East TN. I think the engines are the 300 series they all should mount the same and swap out easily. The 4202,4219,4239,4276 should all work.I have a plain 450 that had the 4202 and I swaped in a 4276 with no troubles,I also have a 310B backhoe that has a 4219,and a compressor that has a 4039,they all mount and look the same.I also have a spare compressor with the 4039 engine that has only 600 hours on it,I would be willing to sell if your interested, email me.I'll look around in my area and see what I can find as far as cranks and blocks. Thanks,Rick
