Most torque to yeild head bolts SHOULD be replaced everytime the head is removed.

Ok, you should have two different length bolts. Pull them all down evenly to somewhere below 66 ftlbs. Then torque the short ones to 66 ftlb and do the long ones to 90ftlbs. Remember you still need to do them in the proper pattern even though they are different torques. I just did one about 3 months back and it really helps to have two torque wrenches, each set to one of the two torques. It's just easier than changing the setting every time you have to do a different length bolt. After you get this initial torque on them put a degree wheel on them and give all of them another 1/4 turn /90 degrees of turn, again using the proper tightening sequence. If you got the head gasket set from Cummins there should also bee a guage in it to check the length of the bolts to insure they haven't been tightened too many times and gotten streched beyond their usefull life. Good luck.

Thanks for the compliment. I don't claim to know it all or to be perfect by any means but I like to help out when I can.
