The problem is they are like new. Not enough interal wear to let moisture out. You will have to have the Pins and Bushings pressed apart with a track press. They will be rusted in pretty tight. Cleaned and reinstalled with a little lube on the pin area inside the bushing. This is a frequent problem with machines that sit for a long time after being used in moist areas.
