Case 580B All brake pedals go to the floor. It's been sitting for about 2 years. Where do I start troubleshooting?

On each side of the rear tans axle (just before axle housing)you'll see a square housing (1 each side)this housing contains the round cam brake assembly and the outter shoes,if its been sitting awhile there probally rusted bad.reline kits are avail thru case with rivets, outter shoes are pre assembled.housings can be reoved without draining the tranny.they have to be slid off toward wheel approx 6 inches to remove.Hopefully at some point in the past the brakes have been done if not ,you have to torch a small notch where the loader frame meets the axle to remove one of the rear brake housing bolts or nut.To get the cone shaped springs off both the bands and discs I have a small flat tip screwdriver with a notch ground in the middle.
