long time sitting , case 310 crawler loader

i have a 57 310 case crawler/loader that has sat for a long time...i have got the engine running after replacing a couple of valves and a blown head gasket.had to plane head..replaced broken left axle...now the problem is the clutch..pushed it in all the way and pedal stays depressed.....any suggestions or should i just open it up....snow on the ground here and i'm hoping there is some other way...john b

jpb, Sounds like the release bearing carrier is
stuck on the pilot tube from sitting and rusting.
Needs a shot of a good nut and bolt loosener then
pry the sleeve back , more than likely will work
then. I had a 1960 chevy service truck that would
stick about once a year ,usually after it set for
a week or more.
