international t d 7 e Hard to start

Can not get it to start with out using starting flood . was wondering if a man can put glow plugs on this machine or if there is another way to pre heat it so stating would be easier

G'day, sounds like engine compression is down, check your engine valve clearances, if you don't have the correct specs, set 'em to .012 thou for a start.
I've seen a large single gloplug fitted in the intake to the inlet manifold ,where the air filter hose joins the manifold, works a treat!.
