I disagree with the other guy. I've got a 188D and a 207D sitting here next to me. They both have blocks exactly the same length, i.e. 20 7/16".
I replaced 188D with 207Ds in the past with absolutely no modifications. I did, however have to swap some parts depending on what machine the 207D came from, and what machine it was going into. For instance, on a 580CK that originally has a 188D and torque converter drive, and using a 207D from a Case forklift, I had to use the orignal 580CK starter because it's a "wet" starter made to have the drive end immersed in oil, and also had to swap front timing covers with water pumps. But, the blocks were sized indentically.

i looked at a 450 with a hoe on it they are the brackets.only thing all the top brackets are missing,alot of hardware goes with it almost like the top part of a 3 point.guy will let me know if hell sell me the hoe.if not ill need those brackets to mount another one on it.

Yep. The 207 is a little longer block, by an inch or so, which will mean some minor modifications but they should be stress free :).
