I have a 350B loader and a 350C blade machine. Both have somewhat lazy reversers going forward after they get fully warmed up and worked for an hour or two. Good condition overall on both machines but this gets annoying. Any quick checks or fixes to this? After this starts happening, they get sluggish and then occasionally refuse to go entirely unless I try in reverse again and then go forward a second time. Sometimes takes 5 to 10 seconds to move. On the 350C, to sometimes pops back into neutral. Is that a linkage adjustment?

Try the rate-of-shift adjustment screw as the other guy mentioned. When adjusted properly, with the gear transmission in second gear, engine at full throttle, you should be able to shift between forward and reverse with and get a firm shift - but not a neck snapping shift without touching the clutch pedal. Besides the rate-of-shift screw, the 350 series is prone to clutch pedal and valve linkage problems. The large return spring gets stretched and dirt gets jammed in the linkage so the valve does not return all the way. Pull the floor boards up and check it. And of course, there are many other possible problems with the little "Twin-Disk" reversers used in the 350 Deeres - both internal an external. The valve body can be removed with the reverser in place, but it's a pain to do. I've done many, on site, in the woods or field. There is an accumulator in the valve body with a piston, spring, and stop bolt that sometimes breaks or needs re-adjustment.

There is a speed of shift adjustment on the reverser control valve. You can back out the screw a little to try to speed up forward , but it will also speed up reverse. Sounds as if there is a pressure leak internally for the forward clutch. This will cause a lazy forward. The 350-C sounds as if it needs a linkage adjustment.
