How do I find out how old my little dozer is and what it is approximately worth. I am thinking about selling it, but I don"t know much about it. It has a hand lift blade and fenders that cover over the tracks. It is in excellent shape thanks,
Lance

I am interested in purchasing an older Magnatrac model (preferrably model 1800) to pull some logs out of my ravine. If yours is still available, or if you know of any for sale within 8-10 hours of NE Ohio, let me know. Thanks.

Lance: The Struck company is still in business--their website is below. Figuring age will be difficult--there wasn't a lot of change to these for many years, and no serial number plate that I know of, at least on the kit versions. I have one that is probably late 60's, with hydraulic lift and fenders. They're a neat little rig. I've seen several sell on E-bay--you might want to check the back listings and see what you can find. Exact pricing is always difficult--I've personally seen them go from $50 to $1200. There is also a Yahoo group dedicated to these and similar small crawlers.
