I have an older Bobcat 600 with Wisconsin engine. It runs fine until it it warms up and then starts to miss. It has to be choked to barely stay running. What could be the problem ? Distributor or fuel? I thas the half speed distributor. Anybody have a clue? THanks Much

Hammer,
You might try replacing the coil. I've had the same trouble on a couple of Wisconsins, and that was usually the culprit. Always seems that when I think it's fuel, it's really electrical. Good luck!

Sounds like lack of fuel. Probably carb rebuild time. Other possibles are fuel pump, or fuel line. Fuel lines crud up on a machine that old. Of course the obvious, did you change the filter?
Hope these ideas help.
