Need some help with a Clark Y-20 forklift. Has a small 4 cyl. Continental engine but don't know the size. Plate is gone. Engine is completely shot. Looking for parts to rebuild or a reman engine. Any help would be appreciated.

Wait a minute here. The Y-model continental is a Y-112. We had one in a 1500 pound Towmotor. Distributor was on the side. The F models have the distributor out the top of the head. Continentals all have casting number that kind of tell you what series engines you have. Check the casting number on the block or head. But each series (Y or F) was made in more than one displacement. Questions.

My guess would be a Y120 Continental, is the distributor in the center of the head?
I checked on Contnental parts here (ND) once, and availability was great, prices were good too. Find a Continental dealer in your area, they should be able to help you.

Distibutor is in the center of the head. Engine has a 3 inch bore and about a 3.5 inch stroke.
