The right side lever for the steering clutch comes all the way back and has no effect. Is there a chance it can be "unstuck" or should I take it all apart?
Thanks!

Is there tension on the lever when you pull it back like on the other side?

Mine did the same thing after sitting for a winter. I refered my question to this board and came up with "stuck clutch" The fix was to plug the hole on the bottom of that clutch compartment and fill compartment with diesel. Let soak for a day or two. Then drain diesel and place bucket against immovable object (big tree). Pull both steering clutches back and run machine into tree to try to break free steering clutch. You can clean the steering clutch compartment out with mineral spirits. This is what I did and now it works fine. However, there are a lot of people who know a lot more about this stuff than me on this board. Also vist archives section using search words "stuck clutch" Good luck.

Brian, It sounds like your clutch needs adjustment or something is wrong in the linkage. Look the linkage over good and if no problem is found, adjust the clutch for about 5" of free travel at the top of the steering lever. If you need a service manual I have an extra one or can email you required info. Lew
