I"m having trouble with fuel starvation after the dozer runs for about 30-45 minutes. It was running fine until I ran the fuel low. Drained the fuel and changed, checked return line, changed fuel filter. The dozer has the square snap on filter. Bled lines from fuel pump to injectors. (What is the proper procedure?)
Also blew air thru the lines to check for blockage and added fuel conditioner.

Might be a long shot but try unscrewing the gas filler cap a little to make sure that air is getting into the tank, or if you hear an inrush of air after your 40 mins as you undo the cap then you know what it is ...

That system does not have to be bled, i.e., if you've got it running it will bleed itself out after awhile. You need to ascertain if fuel is actually getting to the injection pump. Chances are, the fuel outlet/shutoff at the bottom of the fuel tank is plugged. That's a common problem on 350s since the passage in it is only around 1/8" diameter. Disconnect the fuel line there, turn the fuel on, and see if it flows out freely. If not, fix it. If it DOES run fine, then check the fuel pump. NOT with the hand primer, check it by unhooking the line that runs to the injection pump and crank the engine over. Last thing to check, if you discover there IS ample fuel getting to the injection pump, is the pump itself. Since you've got the later retangular fuel filter, the pump is a Roosamaster JDB. Take the little retangular window off the side of the pump that's held on with two little screws. Once the fuel stops spilling out, look for any evidence of what appears to mouse turds. If they are there, then the plastic governor weight retaining ring has fallen apart - another common problem.
One note - usually, if there is a fuel delivery problem to the injection pump, you will see air bubbles in the glass fuel filter.
