Hi,

Are your track pads just worn? The previous owner of my TD-340 just welded strips of 1/2 inch square solid steel to each pad in place of the worn parts. The machine has great grip, and has worked for years since. As long as the track pins haven't worn thru into the pad portion, this might work. It's far cheaper and easier than new tracks, but is a bit of welding.

For all the work you are going to go through to remove the existing rollers, I wouldn't reinstall used rollers. Just bite the bullet and install new rollers, Berco will probably be the cheapest. My 2-cents

I once looked into used rollers for my TD340A but then decided that it was smarter to get new permanently sealed ones that were compatible. The old style should be greased with white grease often, and if the seals are worn, which they usually are, it doesn"t stay in for long. Can"t remember what kind I got, but might have been from Berco.
