I overloaded my loader bucket this weekend.
excavating some soft soil.
I developed a steady hydraulic fluid drip/leak directly under the engine.

Does anyone have a idea of the repair or cost for this??
Is this a normal sign of overloading?

I'm assuming I overloaded it because I pickup dirt while facing downhill and the bucket really had to work hard to lift because of the
weight/angle.

machine is a 1994 with ~4000 hours

Give us a clue - where is the oil coming from!
Could be a twopenny rubber-inserted washer through to an expensive ram repair, pump, or whatever. If you actually get down under there and find where it is leaking, I"m sure someone will be able to give you a fairly close estimate.
Btw, are you going to do the repair, or will you send it to a shop?
