I was driving in southern Saskatchewan a week ago and went past an auction yard that had six or more old crawler tractors. Most of the machines were smaller and may have been used for farming at one time as they were bare machines without blades or any other attachments. I did not go in for a closer look. The reason I am writting is to find out if there is much interest in these machines for parts or restoration as they looked as if they might be one step away from being melted down for steel. There is a steel mill less than 50 miles away that operates on scrap iron so their future may be limited. The auction yard is Clarke or Clark Auctions at Wilcox, Saskatchewan if anyone is interested. You can email if you want further information.

Probably going to be scraped. too bad some of the parts are probably worth money, but they'll be gone forever.
