I am going to need a set of tracks for my skid steer this spring. I am going to be doing some work in sand. I see some on Ebay made from bent steel welded to chain for about $600. DOes anyone have experience with the type tracks. Can't afford the $3000 dollar ones right now.

I have bought a set and used on a 773 G Bobcat. They work great. bought the set from New York but if you want a heavy set look at eel river steel works. They have double the weight. You won"t be sorry but expect them not to last quite as long.

I've got a set from the company out of NY on there. I LOVE them. A real chore to put on but makes all the difference in the world. I have tried to get mine stuck in the mud with them and have not succeeded. Siper nice guy to work with, lots of product support.
