I am trying to get a 1940 International T9 (military) Dozer running. It is a 4 cyl gas engine. So far I do not have access to any manuals. I would be grateful for any assistance The machine was running aprox a year ago.The cap and wires are new but the spark is a little weak(can this be adjusted),the carb has been cleaned out but I have no idea what to set float at or needle valves

I have an extra parts and an extra owners manual if interested. They are both in good shape and are originals.
