d 20 komatsu had my pins& bushings turned & new idlers @ sprockets 6 months ago now I have had several times while on unlevel ground the chains trying to jump the idlers, the bottom rollers seem fine could it just be too much internal wear in my pins & bushings or do I need to go to the short grouser pads to stop this I keep plenty of track tension all the time.Any advicewould be appreciated.

That is a common occurance when you turn the pins and bushings. You probably had more internal wear than you thought. They get "snaky", and they are hard to keep on. The only real fix would be to replace them (SORRY!).
