Ford Model A transmissions aren't hard to find ( for A cars, not AA trucks). The Model A trans. used in the original Trasco setup offered by Oliver was modified though. The input shaft was changed to accept the Hercules/Cletrac clutch disk. I've done the installation without modifying the input. I've got a lot of data posted at Cletrac.org There are complete Trasco kits around. I've got one sitting in a box, my neighbor has one, Zimmermans usually has them for sale. One way or the other, you will need an adapter or modified clutch housing. The OC4 was available with a "Slo-Lo" or the "Travel-Reverser." OC4 had different engine clutches than the OC3 or HGs, and later OC4s had three cylinder Hercs. instead of 4s. So, it would probably take some work to make the parts fit.
