I am not a very knowledgeable John Deere person and I have a Lindemann that needs one track adjusted as it's loose, any words of wisdom or advice?

Hi Greg.

There is not much to it. Turn the adjusting nuts at the end of track at the idler a turn at a time. Place a straight edge on the top of the tracks and measure the sag. It should be about 1". Drive the crawler on level flat land and see if it is drifting to one side or the other. Adjust either the inside or outside nut to compinsate. If you have run out of ajustment. It is time to repin and bush or replace the chains.
