I Have An International Dozer TD-7 239 Cu. In. Engine With The Counterbalance Removed. The Engine Was Running But Rough. Can Anyone Tell Me How To Time This Counterbalance To The Engine????? ?

Hi Ray, put the no 2 cylinder on top, you can see the mark on the gear. Put the balancer in place, then check the mark. Bernard le mécano Québec Canada
