international 3444 backhoe

my grandfather has a international 3444 backhoe, he was using it last week and it was running fine nothing wrong when he parked it, when he went back to use it 2 days later it would turn over once then there would be a click or a clunk and do nothing after that but if you turn the key again it would do the samething

anyone out ther have any ideas of what is wrong thanks

Sounds like a dead battery bud. Could be some bad electrical connections (rusted connections that finally failed). If jumping starting it doesn't work your starter is probably blown. Either way, easy fix.
