I have put back together a JD 350C with a four in one bucket and a JD detachable hoe which we believe to be a 9415. I am looking for any specs I can get regarding hydraulic system pressures, steering clutch adjustment, and engine tune-up specs. for a three cylinder diesel.

There are probably many hydraulic pressure relief valves on that machine. The hoe and loader will have main pressure relief valves and probably some circuit relief valves. You ought to get a manual. In regard to steering clutch adjustment - there isn't any, a "C" series has hydraulic wet clutches. There's a brake adjustment that can be made through the bung plugs, but the "C" originally came with automatic adjusters unless they've been unhooked or removed. There IS adjustable linkage hooked to the steering levers, but you should not have to change it unless it's been apart or someone else was messing with it. Principle is, the clutches disengage just before the brakes grab. That's it. Proceed up a steep hill in 2nd gear, and while moving forward, pull both steering levers back slowly. You should get to a point where the machine stops moving forward and begins to roll backwards - that point being just before you pull any further and the steering brakes stop the machine.
Pressure to the steering clutches is provided by the pump in the reverser. As far a "tuning up" the diesel engine - there's not much to adjust. Valve adjustment is .014" intake and .018 exhaust. Injection pump timing is 0 degrees retarded, and 6 degrees advanced - but you need a plastic timing window or a diesel-pulse sensor hooked to a timing light if you want to check or adjust the advance timing. You could pull the injectors out and check them for spray pattern, opening pressure, and dribble - but it might be more trouble than it's worth. They are often stuck in the head and you might ruin them getting them out. As applied to a diesel, not sure the phrase "tune up" applies. You can change the fuel filter - but I'd put that into the general maintenance category.
