I had one. Sold it for 58oo, and think I did fine on it.

It had serious leak problems on the swing cylinder that I never got into.

While I had it I had to reweld everything attaching the backhoe to the tractor. I mean everything.

Rebuilt the hydraulic steering cylinder too and the front to back hydraulic valve...just a two way valve with o.rings. Not major. The King pins on the ends of the steering axle had something strange going on. They had dropped down so that when you pick the front of the tractor off the ground the front axle was dangling below the frame about 3 inches. When you dropped it back to the ground the axle was actually riding on the frame.....

I sold it as it was, allowed prospective buyers to play with it all they wanted too, including digging, and answered any questions they asked honestly. Didn't volunteer info...Let the buyer beware. I would have taken a thousand less!

While I had it it served me well. I moved a lot of dirt, took out trees, cleared land, dug a pond, etc. Had only the aforementioned problems but I went over it regularly to fix any minor problems before they became major. Guess it depends on what you need it for. I would look for the points I mentioned.
