My TD-7E Dozer Pulls,Turns Great When Its Cold. After About An Hour Or So Running, It Looses The Ability To Pull Or Turn. I Assume This Relates To The Main Hydraulic Pump. Has Anyone Experienced This Problem? If So, Whats The Least Expensive Way To Take Care Of This Problem???

Have you checked the suction screen or the filter on the transmission? It won't be the hyd pump as that just controls the blade. Sounds like you may have a weak trans charge pump that bypasses oil when hot. Also the range selector valve could have weak or broken springs.

James, sounds like the trans pump or a clutch pack seal leaking to me. Have to find out how to check the trans pressures and that will tell you where the problem is.
